OSHA 300 Recordkeeping Electronic Reporting

The OSHA Electronic Reporting rules for submitting your 2020 OSHA Form 300A to Federal OSHA have not substantially changed since their inception last year, 2019. However, in April, 2020, a new updated interim guidance document went into effect that remains in force for the 2020 reporting year. OSHA is providing enforcement flexibilities for specific provisions of their recordkeeping standards and requirements to address these challenges and help ensure the continued protection of worker safety and health.
